Turtle and the Monkey is a production company made up of duo Clay Hayner (Photographer/Director) and Zach Warner (DP/Editor). Clay and Zach met in Dallas in 2002 and quickly became best friends through their shared interests and love for photography, videography, and travel. In 2015, after years of friendship and working together on various projects as individual businesses, they realized there was a need for a company that combined photography and videography as a package deal. With their unique talents, career experience, tireless efficient work ethic and cohesiveness, the decision to team up was a no-brainer. Their work mirrors their lifestyle; dynamic, authentic, adaptable, dogged, fun and adventurous... with a little sugar on top. They are both their happiest when they're high in the sky on an airplane in a window seat. In their time off, when they aren't traveling around the world, you can find them volunteering their time and talents to local dog rescue organizations in Dallas by taking photos and videos of rescue dogs to help them get adopted and find their forever homes. #AdoptDontShop
